HireSelect is the SaaS (Software as a Service) system created by Josh Millet (CEO of Criteria Corp.). This online platform allows to integrate pre-employment evaluation programs within companies based on their particular criteria.

HireSelect contains a recommended test selection based on the U.S. Department of Labor's O-Net database, containing more than 1100 job profiles. These test batteries can be customized; therefore, each company has the possibility to add or remove tests according to their specific criteria of needs.
HireSelect contains a wide variety of aptitude, personality and skill tests. In addition, this system can be set up to test candidates either from their computer or in the workplace of the company.
Test results are available in real time, with an elaborated full profile report of the candidate. In addition, the results of the different candidates applying for the same position can be compared with each other or with national averages, or within the averages of all candidates who have taken the same tests in a given society. Different filters and tools can be added. HireSelect also allows companies to use it to create their own tests using the "TestMaker" tool.
